We will be using USPS Priority Mail as our standard courier. If you would like a different courier, please contact us before purchasing your item.

Due to COVID-19, we may experience delays in shipping with our courier partners. For domestic orders, please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification. Please note that overseas customers may incur import duties and taxes, which will be paid by the purchaser.

To cancel an order, please email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be reversed.

The majority of our inventory is either handmade or second-hand/antique which may result in small imperfections. We believe this is what makes each object unique and special. Please contact us if you believe that your item is damaged or missing and we will work together to find a solution.

Stepping Stone reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem fraudulent or suspicious. If you’re placing an order to an address that differs from your billing address, we may contact you for further information before shipping your order.

Stepping Stone offers a two-week return period after purchase. Any additional postage costs will be paid for by the buyer. All sale items are final sale.
